The 2011 Vancouver Natural is behind us and was a success! With over 230 competitors it was a huge event. Angel D , placed 2nd in her 1st bikini show, Tarna A placed 3rd in the womens open heavy weight bodybuilding class in her 1st show, Emily E placed 3rd in open figure and Lionel O placed 4th in a stacked open mens light heavy weight bodybuilding class.

We will be at the Emerald Cup in Snoqualmie, WA on April 15th and 16th w/ 2 Bikini competitors, 3 figure competitors, and 4 bodybuilding competitors. Then at the Empire Classic in Spokane WA on April 23rd with another large group!

Kasey has reached the -50lbs mark... and Jen has reached the -30 pound mark... continuing to make progress through the holidays! That is amazing and I am sooo proud.... this is a quote from Kasey which she placed on my wife's facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/#!/profile.php?id=1410821196) ... I found it very touching and thought I would share....

" If people only knew of the shell this whole experience has broken me out of, they would understand the depth of the emotion that I feel towards it! It's not just a "diet" or an "exercise plan"...it's like the most indirect type of therapy t...hat pushed me beyond all limits in all aspects of life, like those you mentioned above, Ally; and now that it's all said and done and over with, I look in the mirror and see a new person...a completely changed person....a better person than I was before and for the first time in my life, I like.... no love, the person staring back at me. All this, one would think it took years and hundreds of thousands of dollars to accomplish maybe even surgeries and pills...but nah, none of that...just two people who genuinely and fiercely care. Thanks for that!"

Congrats to our little crew that went to the Iron Mountain Classic a week ago. Paul ended up with a 2nd place trophy, Emily with a 2nd place trophy as well, and Celeste ended up with a 2nd place, 1st place and Overall Trophy! Great job guys!

We are already starting prep with clients for the 2011 Vancouver Natural and 2011 Emerald Cup in April.

We are going to be in Wenatchee, Washington next weekend on 10/30/2010 for the NPC Iron Mountain Bodybuilding, Figure, Fitness and Bikini Championships. We have 3 contestants coming with us. Paul, Celeste and Emily are ready to go! All three bringing there best package to date!

I have also been invited to Guest Pose there. So come and check it out. Should be a good time! They are having a costume contest for the show so come dressed up! 

Jen S - down 17 pounds in 4 weeks on a clean eating plan (w/ carbs in it!) - is training in her home with us and working around a knee injury that has had 5 surgery's on it. The last surgery was 8 months ago. Extraordinary results even though she has an extraordinary challenge! The knee is only getting better and we have 8 weeks to go! Keep rockin it Jen. you amaze me!!!! 

We would like to say congrats to Tim and Kasey Purser! In 5 weeks they have lost 30+ pounds of fat each! We still have 7 weeks to go too! Wait until you see the before and after pics!

The Night of Champions turned out to be a great showing for R.A.B.Fitness. Our clients brought home 2 - Overall trophies, 2 - 1st place trophies, 1 - 2nd place trophy, and 3 - 3rd place trophies. We were busy but it paid off in the end! Great work Team RAB! 

6 more days until "The Night of Champions" in Spokane, WA! On 9/18/2010 Mike, Emily, Kristi, Celeste and Danny will be stepping on stage ready to devour any carbohydrate in front of them. If you see us please say "hi"!
