Amanda Petersen went from fit to figure. The picture on the right is her first competition at the 2011 Iron Mountain Classic. She placed 3rd in her class! She lost just over 13 pounds 3.5 inches in her waist.

Shauna Lewis came to us in May 2011 looking to fulfill her dream of stepping back on stage after having 2 kids. The picture of her on the right was taken at the 2011 Washington Ironman on Sept. 24th, where she placed 4th. Then she got her 1st win a month later when she won her class at the 2011 Iron Mountain Classic!

Denise was amazing. The 1st pic was taken days after her 2nd child. She got the fever to compete and we got started shortly after that. The 2nd pic was 8 weeks out of her 1st show. The 3rd pic was at her 1st figure show, the 2008 Vancouver Natural Classic which was only 10 months after her 2nd child! She also did the Empire Classic that year. The last pic is the Northwest Championships in 2009 in the last picture.
