Roger and Ally Baker
We have a combined 27 years in the health and fitness industry with the last 12 of those years being involved directly with personal training, nutritional training and contest preparation.
We have incorporated CrossFit into our training and Ally has a Level 1 CrossFit certification. We also utilize TRX Suspension training,
Kettle Bells, Power lifting, Olympic lifts, Plyometrics and Bodybuilding in our
workouts. We believe in using many different styles of training instead
of limiting ourselves by believing only one way is the best.
If
competing is your goal we have all aspects of competition preparation
covered. Off season plans and contest prep is our specialty. Even if you
don't live close to us we do online consulting and can easily take care
of this with weekly update pictures, email and phone contact.
Coming from an athletic background I have competed in 21 bodybuilding competitions, 8 power lifting contests and 4 strongman competitions. Claiming 8 weight class and overall titles in bodybuilding and 3 weight class wins in power lifting. The pinnacle of my ongoing career is the heavy weight and overall win at the 2009 Emerald Cup.
Ally's young career consist of 8 figure competitions which include a trip to the NPC U.S.A. Championships in 2008 and a 2nd place finish at the 2010 Emerald Cup. Our passion is expressed in the pursuit of our health and fitness goals. She also has an athletic background with experience at the college level in softball and volleyball which she received while on scholarship for both at Central Oregon.
Certifications
I am an A.C.E certified
personal trainer and Ally is a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. She
is also certified in the American Heart Association 1st Aid and is CPR
certified for health care providers.
